The Youth Planning Council was established to involve young leaders in community planning. Each member of the Youth Planning Council is the leader of a program within our organization. Youth leaders improve their skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and advocacy while serving on the board. Board members build and practice these competencies through group discussions and participation in the comprehensive planning process for PCR's future orientational goals.

青少年规划委员会的成立是为了让青少年领袖参与社区规划。青少年规划委员会的每个成员都是我们组织内一个项目的领导者。青少年领袖在委员会任职期间提高了他们的领导能力、沟通能力、解决问题的能力和宣传能力。委员会成员通过小组讨论和参与PCR未来定向目标的全面规划过程，建立和实践这些能力。
